“عمال مصر الاقتصاديون” تستعين بخبراء لتصدير المعرفة في مجال الأمن السيبراني لتقديم محاضرات علمية لشباب ليبيا ضمن مبادرة تكوين كادر ليبي.

م. هيثم حسين: نحن أول منظمة وطنية تطبق الأمن السيبراني لدعم المشاريع الصناعية وتصدير العلوم.

استقطب “إطار العمل الاقتصادي لمنظومة العمل المصرية” العديد من الخبراء في مجال العلوم وتطوير الأعمال، وخاصة في مجالات الأمن السيبراني والتكنولوجيا، وذلك في إطار بروتوكول التعاون الموقع بين “اتحاد عمال مصر” برئاسة المهندس هيثم حسين رئيس مجلس الإدارة، ووزارة العمل والتأهيل الليبية برئاسة الدكتور عبد الله الشريف أرحومة، وذلك دعماً لتدريب وتأهيل الشباب الليبي، ضمن مبادرة تكوين كادر ليبي فيما يتعلق بتدريب وتأهيل الموارد البشرية.

وتضمنت المحاضرات عدداً من المواضيع الهامة حول أمن الأجهزة والتأمين السيبراني والقوانين واللوائح الخاصة بالأمن السيبراني وكيفية الالتزام باللوائح القانونية في هذا المجال الرقمي المتطور، وأهم التحديات التي تواجه صناعة الإعلام في العصر الرقمي.

“تصدير المعرفة للجميع”

وعلى هامش الاتفاقية وحفل استقبال الشباب الليبي، صرح المهندس هيثم حسين: “نحن أول مؤسسة وطنية تطبق تعليم الأمن السيبراني لدعم المشاريع والمشاريع الصناعية في سوق العمل وريادة الأعمال في مصر، كجهة معتمدة من أرقى الجامعات التكنولوجية الحكومية والخاصة.

وأضاف المهندس هيثم حسين: “نبيع المعرفة لجميع الحكومات والجهات الدولية، ونعمل على تلبية احتياجات الباحثين عن المعرفة بغض النظر عن مكانتهم”. وأضاف: “كما نعتبر أنفسنا أول جهة تطبق مبادرة الرئيس السيسي للأمن السيبراني، وخاصة في القطاعات الاقتصادية التعليمية والصناعية، بالإضافة إلى أن لدينا أفضل الباحثين والمتخصصين في المجال من أكبر المؤسسات”.

استخدام الأمن السيبراني في التطبيقات والمواقع الإلكترونية..

وفي سياق متصل، ألقى الدكتور أحمد علي، مستشار الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات، محاضرة بعنوان “استخدام الأمن السيبراني في التطبيقات والمواقع الإلكترونية”. وتناولت المحاضرة أيضًا موضوعات مهمة تتعلق بتطوير التطبيقات والمواقع الإلكترونية باستخدام أشهر لغات البرمجة المستخدمة في هذا المجال.

بالإضافة إلى عرض تفصيلي عن مفهومي المضيف والنطاق، بالإضافة إلى استعراض أهم المخاطر التي تهدد أمن التطبيقات والمواقع الإلكترونية، وعرض أمثلة واقعية لأخطاء كبيرة ارتكبتها مواقع شهيرة مثل علي بابا وأمازون، واستعرض بعض الثغرات الأمنية في المواقع الإلكترونية.

تأمين الأجهزة والأمن السيبراني….

ألقى اللواء الدكتور أسامة راغب، نائب مدير أكاديمية ناصر العسكرية العليا السابق وأستاذ الاستراتيجية والإعلام السياسي، محاضرة مهمة بعنوان “تأمين الأجهزة والتأمين الإلكتروني”.
ورحب اللواء راغب بالوفد الليبي، مؤكداً عمق العلاقات بين مصر وليبيا، قائلاً: “مصر وليبيا قطعة واحدة، أنتم من مصر ومصر منكم”، مما يعزز روابط التعاون بين البلدين.

واستعرض مفهوم “الأمن الذاتي الإلكتروني”، ضارباً أمثلة توضح مخاطر الأمن الإلكتروني، مثل الرسائل الاحتيالية التي يتم إرسالها عبر تطبيقات مثل “واتساب”، والتي تزعم تقديم جوائز ضخمة.

كما قدم “راغب” شرحاً مفصلاً لمفاهيم أمن الأجهزة والثقافة الإلكترونية الشخصية وأمن الشبكات والجرائم الإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى توضيح مفهوم “التصيد الاحتيالي” الذي يستغل الثغرات الإلكترونية لسرقة البيانات.

وتم تقديم مجموعة من النصائح المهمة في مجال الأمن السيبراني، وأبرزها تجنب استخدام الشبكات غير المؤمنة واستخدام برامج مكافحة الفيروسات بشكل مستمر للحفاظ على الأمن الشخصي.

القوانين واللوائح في الأمن السيبراني…

كما ألقى الدكتور محمد حجازي، مستشار التشريعات الرقمية والملكية الفكرية، محاضرة متخصصة حول “القوانين واللوائح في الأمن السيبراني” ضمن مبادرة “تكوين كادر ليبي”.

يأتي ذلك في إطار بروتوكول التعاون بين منظومة العمالة الاقتصادية بمصر برئاسة المهندس هيثم حسين ووزارة العمل والتأهيل الليبية برئاسة المهندس عبدالله الشريف أرحومة.

كيفية الالتزام باللوائح القانونية..

ناقش الدكتور محمد حجازي كيفية الالتزام باللوائح القانونية في هذا المجال الرقمي المتطور. كما تطرق إلى التحديات التشريعية التي تواجه الأنظمة القانونية في مواجهة التطور التكنولوجي السريع، موضحًا أهمية تحديث التشريعات بشكل مستمر لضمان حماية البيانات الشخصية وخصوصيات الأفراد.

The “Egyptian Labour System Economic Framework” has attracted many experts in science and business development, particularly in the fields of cybersecurity and technology This came within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between the “Egyptian Workers’ Union”, headed by engineer Haitham Hussein, the Chairman of the Board, and the Libyan Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation, led by Dr Abdullah Al-Sharif Arhouma. This is in support of the training and qualification of Libyan youth, as part of the initiative to develop a Libyan workforce concerning the training and qualification of human resources.

The lectures included a number of important topics regarding device security, cyber insurance, and the laws and regulations in cybersecurity and how to comply with the legal regulations in this evolving digital domain, and the main challenges facing the media industry in the digital age.

At the sidelines of the agreement and the reception ceremony for Libyan youth, Engineer Haitham Hussein statedWe are the first national institution to implement cybersecurity education in support of projects and industrial ventures in the job market and entrepreneurship in Egypt, as an accredited body of the finest governmental and private technological universities.

Using cybersecurity in apps and websites..

In a similar vein, Dr Ahmed Ali, an advisor to the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, delivered a lecture titled “The Use of Cybersecurity in Applications and Websites”. The lecture also covered important topics related to the development of applications and websites using the most popular programming languages employed in the field.

In addition to a detailed presentation on the concepts of Host and Domain, in addition to reviewing the most important risks that threaten the security of applications and websites He showed real-life examples of major mistakes made by popular websites such as Alibaba and Amazon, and reviewed some of the security vulnerabilities in websites.

Securing hardware and cybersecurity….

Major General Dr. Osama Ragheb, former Deputy Director of the Nasser Higher Military Academy and Professor of Strategy and Political Media, delivered an important lecture entitled “Securing Devices and Electronic Insurance.”
Welcoming the Libyan delegation, Major General Ragheb emphasised the deep-rooted relations between Egypt and Libya, stating: “Egypt and Libya are one piece; you are from Egypt, and Egypt is from you,” thereby strengthening the ties of cooperation between the two countries.

He reviewed the concept of “electronic self-security,” providing examples that illustrate the dangers of electronic security, such as fraudulent messages sent through applications like “WhatsApp,” which claim to offer massive prizes.

Raghb” also provided a detailed explanation of the concepts of device security, personal electronic culture, network security, and cybercrime, in addition to clarifying the concept of “phishing,” which exploits electronic vulnerabilities to steal data.

A set of important tips in the field of cybersecurity was presented, the most notable of which is to avoid using unsecured networks and to use anti-virus software consistently to maintain personal security.

Laws and Regulations in Cybersecurity…

Dr. Mohamed Hijazi, a consultant in digital legislation and intellectual property, also delivered a specialized lecture on “Laws and Regulations in Cybersecurity” as part of the “Creating a Libyan Cadre” initiative.

This comes within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the Economic Workers’ System of Egypt, chaired by Engineer Haitham Hussein, and the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation of Libya, chaired by Engineer Abdullah Al-Sharif Arhumah.

How to comply with legal regulations..

Dr. Mohamed Hegazy discussed how to comply with legal regulations in this evolving digital field.
He also touched on the legislative challenges facing legal systems in the face of rapid technological development, explaining the importance of continuously updating legislation to ensure the protection of personal information and sensitive data in light of the rapid digital transformations in general.

Using Artificial Intelligence to Predict Cyber Threats is an Imperative.

where Al-Harthi discussed several important topics such as customer service in telecommunications companies. He gave practical examples such as the virtual assistant. He also discussed public opinion issues, news circulation rates on social media, and the role of public opinion monitoring centers in analyzing public trends.

The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity

On another note, Engineer Mohamed Shaaban, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Department at the Egyptian Workers’ Complex, delivered an outstanding lecture titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity.”

He discussed the concept of artificial intelligence and its applications in numerous fields, as well as the significant role of artificial intelligence in enhancing cybersecurity. In his lecture, he addressed one of the most prominent contemporary topics in the technology world, which is deepfakes, and their impact on cybersecurity, explaining how this technology can be employed in fraud and deception, thereby strengthening the ability to protect digital systems from rising threats.

How to create media in the digital age

Dr Ayman Adly, the head of the media system at the complex, presented several important points that are currently occupying the media landscape in the digital age.

He began by discussing the main challenges facing the media industry in the digital age, particularly with the rapid pace of technological advancement and the proliferation of social media. He also highlighted the social and ethical impacts, as well as the role and importance of artificial intelligence in the field of media.

Technological advances have become an integral part of the media content industry.
