حماة للعدالة أم جناة محتملون؟

بوتيرة ملحوظة، تتزايد نسبة الأشخاص المهتمين بسبر أغوار العلوم الجنائية في العالم بشكل عام و لبنان بشكل خاص. إن الحشرية العلمية حول هذا المجال، بجانبيه العام والتفصيلي على حد سواء، تتترجم حاليا من خلال التهافت غير المسبوق على الدورات التدريبية للعلوم الجنائية.
لا شك أن الهدف الأساسي البناء من هكذا نوع تدريب، في شقيه النظري و التطبيقي، هو زيادة الوعي المجتمعي حول أهمية الأدلة الجنائية في علم الجرائم. وبالتالي فإن المعلومات الدقيقة لهذه العلوم أصبحت متاحة بسهولة لجميع الفئات العمرية، المناطقية، الجنسية، الأكاديمية و حتى المهنية. ولكن هذا الإقبال المبرر يرافقه قلق متزايد إلى حد فاصل ما بين التشجيع على هكذا نوع من الدورات و دق ناقوس الخطر حول تداعياته السلبية.
إن الولوج إلى الوسائل التقنية والتحليلية للعلوم الجنائية، حتى لو ضمن إطارها التثقيفي، لهو سيف ذو حدين مسلط على رقبة المجتمع بجميع أطيافه؛ حيث أن خطورة هذه المسألة تتأرجح ما بين بعدها الثقافي و بعدها الجنائي المحتمل أن يؤثر يوما ما على مصير و مسار تحقيق برمته.
لذلك، فإن بعض الحلول المناسبة المطروحة تكمن في تنظيم أدق لهذه الدورات التدريبية من جهة و من جهة أخرى التدقيق أكثر بمحتوى و بمصادر المعلومات المتداولة بهذا المجال.
وبما أن المسؤولية تقع على عاتق الجميع، فيما خص الجهة التي تتلقى هذه المعلومات، يتوجب علينا أن نلقي الضوء على هذه المعضلة الشائكة من خلال التساؤل…حماة للعدالة أم جناة محتملون؟!

Protectors of Justice or Potential Offenders?

Noticeably, there is a growing interest among individuals in exploring the depths of forensic sciences, both globally and in Lebanon. The scientific curiosity surrounding this field, encompassing both its general and detailed aspects, is currently manifesting an unprecedented rush towards forensic science training courses.
Undoubtedly, the fundamental constructive aim of such training, in both its theoretical and applied dimensions, is to enhance societal awareness regarding the significance of forensic evidence in the realm of crimes. Consequently, precise information pertaining to these sciences has now become readily accessible to all age groups, regions, nationalities, academic backgrounds, and even professions. However, this justified enthusiasm is accompanied by a growing concern that leans towards a nuanced balance between advocating for such courses and sounding the alarm bell about their potential negative repercussions.
Accessing the technological and analytical tools of forensic sciences, even within their educational framework, is a double-edged sword hovering over the community in all its spectrums. The danger of this matter fluctuates between its cultural dimension and the potential criminal aspect that may one day influence the fate and trajectory of justice itself.
Therefore, some viable proposed solutions lie in a more stringent organization of these training courses on one hand and a closer scrutiny of the content and sources of information circulated in this field on the other.
As the responsibility falls on everyone, particularly the entity receiving this information, it is incumbent upon us to shed light on this intricate dilemma through the question…Protectors of Justice or Potential Offenders?!
